We started our home search about a year before we ultimately purchased and Ellyn was so patient with us during that time. When our search started heating up a bit, Ellyn suggested we list our house on the Private Network. We had 6 showings and 3 offers in 2 days and ultimately accepted an offer 7% over our asking price. She also negotiated a long, flexible close for us since we had not yet found a house to purchase! A few weeks later we found "the one." It was a multiple-bid situation but we wound up only paying 3% over asking because of Ellyn's fabulous negotiation tactics and expertise. Overall we are so pleased with how our buying/selling process turned out and are so happy we used Ellyn!
